Do I need an appointment for an eye test?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–8 PM. Appointments via phone or WhatsApp are preferred during busy evenings so we can reserve adequate chair time for a full refraction.
How long does a computerized eye test take?
Most comprehensive refractions take 20–40 minutes depending on complexity (first visit, progressive lenses, contact lenses, or children). We never rush the subjective confirmation step.
Where exactly is Shreeji Eye Centre located?
Baghel Market, Dhaurra Chauraha, Service Road NH-19 Highway, Near Gunjan Dhaba, Kuberpur, Agra – 283202. Search “Gunjan Dhaba Dhaurra” then follow the service road to Baghel Market.
Do you serve Etmadpur, Tundla and Firozabad Road patients?
Yes. We regularly see families from Kuberpur, Dhaurra, Etmadpur, Tundla, Bhagupur, Khandauli and the wider Agra NH-19 corridor.
Can I try frames online before visiting?
Yes — use our free Virtual Try-On tool with your camera or a photo. Shortlist styles at home, then visit for professional fitting and accurate pupillary distance.
Do you fit contact lenses?
Yes. Dr. Opt. Ajay Kumar holds Contact Lens Fellowship training. We assess suitability, teach insertion/removal, and schedule follow-up for first-time wearers.
How fast can spectacles be ready?
Many single-vision prescriptions are ready within hours. Progressive and specialised jobs may take longer — we will give a clear timeline before you leave.
Is sudden vision loss handled here?
Sudden vision loss, eye trauma, severe pain, flashes/floaters with curtain vision, or chemical injury require urgent hospital ophthalmology. We provide primary optometric care and will guide you if referral is needed.
